How are toys made from plastic?

Toys are manufactured by:

1. Designing the mold: Custom molds are created for each toy component.
2. Material selection: Child-safe plastics like ABS, PP, or HDPE are chosen.
3. Injection moulding: Molten plastic is injected into the mold.
4. Cooling & ejection: Parts are cooled, removed, and assembled (if needed).
5. Finishing: Painting, polishing, or adding decals for aesthetics.
